Description
Selling as-is: needs cylinder head work. Starts and moves under its own power, but not drivable. Great project for a TDI-savvy DIYer, an engine-swap candidate, or a parts car. 2013 Audi Q7 3.0 TDI Premium Plus – 127,030 miles – Clean title in hand The problem: The hold-down bolt for the #5 fuel injector broke and the injector blew out of the head. I tried two thread repairs, a Helicoil and then a Time-Sert. Both pulled out under load. The head needs replacing, or the threads need a proper weld/machine repair. The engine starts, and the car can drive itself onto a trailer, but don’t plan on driving it home. Recent work and upgrades: Complete brake job, Apr 2026 (~600 miles ago): Bosch QuietCast rotors and pads on all four corners, plus a fluid flush with OEM VW/Audi DOT 4 Wireless Apple CarPlay / Android Auto (UNAVI module): has worked flawlessly FitCamX front and rear dash cams, integrated and auto-starting Oil changes in May 2025 and Jan 2026 (Liqui Moly 5W-30). Blackstone oil analysis from Jan 2026 available on request. Full disclosure: The DPF has been deleted, with a DieselDoc delete pipe and a TuneZilla Stage 1 tune. The DPF and catalyst are not included. The DEF tank and most of the DPF wiring are still in the car. No formal service records, but I can share what I know about its history. Sold as-is, no warranty. Buyer arranges towing or trailer. Cash only. Serious inquiries please.
