If I could give 100 stars, I would because what I experienced was rare, golden and genuine. Having perused their website to find the perfect car for me, I eagerly ran down to the dealership hoping to see the one I wanted. It was 7:15am and they opened at 7:30am (I know! How cool is it that they open an hour and a half before everyone else! Good strategy :)) But I digress...
I was greeted by Graham (who was just arriving to work). Soon after, Alex, the manager came in to assist. These guys are the real deal.  They aren't clock watchers who only go to work so they can count down the hours until they leave. No, they actually enjoy their job, the people they work with and love helping regular people like you and me, find that perfect car to fit our needs. How do they do this? They listen and they listen and they listen. They aren't high pressured salespeople who are looking to make a quick buck. I have a saying when I'm trying to buy a car and it is to, "Make it make sense". I needed the purchase car to meet my needs and let's face it, I needed the bottom line to also meet my needs. It took a week for me to return to the dealership after thinking about it, doing more research and frankly being treated horribly by other dealerships, for me to seal the deal with Brotherton. I am so happy that I did. Here's what they gained by being, at their core, a very upstanding business - MY BUSINESS FOR YEARS TO COME! When I was signing the documents with Kimberly, who was so genuine that we shared stories and even laughed and cried at the humanity we shared, I asked her about this rare dealership culture. She said, simply put, that it comes from the TOP.  Brad Brotherton. To hear her describe this lovely, family man that cares about how his brand (4 generation business) is represented, spoke volumes. I am so proud that I am supporting a FAMILY OWNED business. Here's my happy, happy self in my "new to me" car! Go experience this all for yourself. They will not disappoint! :)
Update: Ryan, the service manager is class act. He literally wears many hats as no two situations are the same but one thing IS the same and that is how personal and precious our cars are to us. Ryan could be called a Crisis Management Expert In my situation. He listened (there's that listening again 😉) and calmly had a solution that immediately put me at ease. This is yet another reason to bring your business to Brotherton. These guys really care. 🙌

This review is for the service department. My 2025 Canyon had an issue with moisture in the headlight assembly and Paul Ware the advisor took care of submitting it to GMC for approval of repairs and ordered the parts .Hadn’t heard back from them for a couple of weeks, so I inquired via email and he responded back promptly with a update. He called me back the next day saying the part had arrived and had 3 days available for the repair. Repairing took less time than expected and he arranged for transportation to and from the dealership. All around excellent customer service.

After visiting several local dealerships for a Clean low mileage GMC Sierra Elevation Pickup, I was dismayed with what was being offered for my 2020 Z71 Tahoe with 29,000 miles on the odometer. I finally looked to Brotherton GMC in Renton,Wa.
I was greeted by Jameson who showed me a clean used Sierra 1500 Elevation.
A nice pickup but again I was persistent to get a better trade in offer. Keith Thomson stepped in and asked if I would be interested in a new 2025 Elevation and he started to explain what terms  would be appreciated with the trade in and sale of the new pickup.
Keith and Jameson offered some accessories to enhance the sale and we finally agreed to a deal on the new truck.
I received an agreeable, honest trade in value of my spotless Tahoe with a new warrantied GMC purchase.
It was the right decision to purchase new and I have Keith and Jameson to thank for their professional and no pressure negotiation.
On top of it all they are great people all around at Brotherton GMC Cadillac Buick .
The agreed upon offered accessories were also professionally installed in a timely manner.
