The worst customer service experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We also repeatedly contacted the manager about these issues. The one time I was able to speak with him, he said he was shocked that the car wasn’t ready and that he needed to find out who had dropped the ball. Unfortunately, after that conversation, he never returned our calls despite multiple attempts to reach him.

We had planned this purchase for over a week. When we arrived, our salesperson never came out to greet us or acknowledge us. We waited 45 minutes and were completely ignored the entire time until I finally reached out and said something. As customers who had arranged this purchase in advance, it was very disappointing and concerning to be avoided rather than welcomed.

When we came back later, the car was still sitting there completely undetailed. The vehicle was dirty inside and out and clearly had not been made ready for a customer, despite them having over seven days to prepare it for delivery.

We were promised that a part would be ordered and shipped to our home by Wednesday or Thursday. Nothing arrived. After the holiday weekend, we spent days calling and texting with little to no response. We were also told we would be compensated for all of the inconvenience, but that never happened.

As the week went on, we were told they weren’t even sure the part would arrive before the weekend. At that point, we informed them that if the issue wasn’t resolved, we would be looking for a way out of the sale.

When we finally took delivery of the vehicle on Saturday, it was still not detailed, had less than a quarter tank of gas, was dirty inside, and hadn’t been properly cleaned outside. After everything we went through, it felt like customer service was the last thing on their minds.

I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and this was by far the worst buying experience I have ever had. I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere.
