The purchase of my new car went smoothly. Everyone at the dealership was kind and patient with us. My husband initially spoke with Casey Helton, who took the time to look up several vehicles that matched our interests and price range. After discussing a few of the cars we were interested in, she put us in contact with John, who then connected us with Henry to assist us in viewing the vehicles.
From the moment my husband and I stepped foot into Honda AutoNation of Valencia, we were greeted by friendly staff who quickly directed us to the right person. Henry patiently showed us each vehicle we were interested in until we narrowed it down to a couple of options. He then presented a clear breakdown of each car, which helped us find the perfect vehicle.
We decided on purchasing the 2025 Honda Accord, and I am extremely happy with the purchase. Once we made our decision, we were escorted to the financing department, where we met with Chris Rivas. He was very friendly and down-to-earth and explained everything in simple terms as we reviewed and signed the important documents.
Throughout our visit, the other sales representatives who walked by were also friendly and made sure we were being helped. We never felt ignored, nor did I ever feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle or pushed toward a particular car. I would strongly recommend friends and family to visit Honda of Valencia if they are ever in the market to purchase a car, and I would definitely return in the future if I ever need another vehicle.

Dog friendly dealership! They always welcome my dog and everyone goes out of their way to give him some pets.

This dealership is THE best in all of California! I drive over 1 hour from another city (where a Honda dealership is located) just to have my Honda Civic serviced at Valencia Honda. I even used to drive in from San Luis Obispo , that's how amazing this dealership is!

You can tell everything about a dealership in how the employees act. The service techs and advisors are always smiling, laughing, and having a good time at work. I have yet to encountered an employee who isn't happy, which is an absolute rarity these days. Management must treat them right! A Plus!

Protip: hiking trails along the river while you wait for your car to be serviced is an added bonus.

I had a very positive experience buying from this dealer. They were very transparent and helpful in helping me choose the right vehicle trim and explained the differences when it came to the coverages.

I drove over an hour away and it was truly worth the drive. I left with a the exact vehicle for me and got it for a great price based of my research. Hope do do business with auto nation Valencia in the future .

Lisa was the best, I love her she listened to what I wanted and delivered. I'm very happy with my new 2026 Honda HRV all wheel drive. I had the 2024 in 2WD and unfortunately during the rain I spun out on the 14 and my car was totaled. I was thankfully safe and okay, this car did its job and made me safe. So it was important that I got the same one but now in AWD. I appreciate Lisa and her listening to what I wanted down to the color I wanted. Im so happy to be in this HRV. The young man in finance was also very nice and helpful I believe his name was Marco it started with a M. But overall these two were super nice and I enjoyed my purchasing experience!!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE
I was quoted $850 to change an axle seal on my 2024 Type R, which had zero issues before getting the steering recall taken care of at this dealership. Within 200 miles of the steering recall being completed, the car is covered on the underside of fluid coming from the transmission. Coincidence? Oh well, they then say its not covered under warranty and it will be $850. My service advisor Phil says they will clean up any oil from the underside of the car and replace the part in a couple hours. car wasn't ready till the next day (No big deal to me) but after over 24 hours in their possession, the car came back with 12 miles added to it and the underside is still covered in fluid. The part was $63 and $800 for the labor. The labor was not even completed to what the advisor stated, and I cannot even check to see if they did the service correctly or even at all since its covered in fluid still. Beware going here for any services.

Update - after having the dealership respond saying to contact the general manager of the dealership, they took down my information and have not gotten back. They do not care about you. Only your money, do not feed this dealership more.
