Description
1929 Ford Truck. I started this project back in 2017. This truck has an original frame that has been boxed and has a banjo rear end from a 1939 Ford as well as the front suspension from a 1939. The front suspension has new King pins. The frame was sand, blasted along with all the front suspension components, brake, backing plates and other items and was painted with black polyurethane paint. The engine runs great and is out of a 1964 Buick Skylark. The engine is a 300 in.³ V8 with factory aluminum heads and factory, aluminum intake and a two speed power glide - the motor and transmission worked great when removed and did not smoke. I have purchased a lot of parts for this vehicle over the years. I have brand new wiring, harness, one brand new steering column and chrome tilt column as well. with-two steering boxes Fore and aft one is from a 1957 ford pickup and the other I believe is out of a 49. I bought a complete gasket kit and a carburetor rebuild kit. I’ve only use the intake, valve cover, gaskets and water pump gaskets out of the kit. I purchased a brand new master cylinder, new brake shoes, new wheel cylinders and brake booster / pedal. the cab is fiberglass, and I have all the hardware for the doors, including the locking mechanisms and hinges. I have gauges, tachometer, cherry bombs, and bomber seats and lots of other things that you can see pictured in the buckets of parts. I also have aluminum radiator and a rear end out of a 1985 blazer S-10 that are not pictured. I do not have a title for this vehicle. I also have a driveshaft for it that will need to be cut down.
