If you're looking for a pair of KRK's check to see if the black goo has been removed from the amplifier boards. These are a perfect example. The goo was removed, bad components replaced and caps have been upgraded to Nichicon. The goo was originally used as dampening/sealing compound, but over time, it absorbs moisture, and turns conductive. Again, when making your purchase decision, make sure this removal has been performed like these, otherwise it won't work for long. These are in perfect working order. They are definitely LOUD. Pickup is in Burbank close to Hobby Lobby
