Of Olympia was the best experience buying car I have ever had. The entire staff were wonderful but particularly Ian Knight,  Jon Robinson and Chad in finance. They make you feel like you are family. They gave us space to shop around, waited for us to instigate conversation, and went above and beyond through the entire process. Would buy from them every time! I’ve been looking for a new Bronco Raptor and found one that matched exactly what I was looking for at Mullinax Ford in Olympia.  I contacted the dealership and spoke to Raptor Steve to confirm the car was still available.  Steve quoted the trade-in value of my Toyota and arranged a time for me to see the car the following day.  Mullinax is approximately 90 miles from my home but was worth the trip.  Steve was very knowledgeable about the Bronco Raptors which is how he earned his nickname.  Steve shared the benefits with purchasing through Mullinax Ford which was exactly what I experienced including honoring the Trade-in Quote.  The purchase process went smoothly and I drove the 2025 Bronco Raptor I found through my internet search Home that very same day.  I am very happy with my new car purchase and appreciate Steve’s assistance with setting up my FordPass app and vehicle tutorial.

I did not experience any hard sales pitch, in fact everyone from the dealership manager to finance officer was very pleasant and helpful.  I highly recommend Mullinax Ford from my stress-free experience purchasing from them.

Trade in offers, send pics and details. And get a price.  Just like selling to carvana. But no lo balling. You.  A real fair trade in value.
They had the usual options. Financing warranty’s.  But nobody pushed it on me.   I’ve been in car business 30 years.  A great dealership. Can always get you approved with the best rate. Because they have access to all the lenders.   And warranty’s. The average person should buy an extended piece of mind.   I didn’t because I only keep my car until the factory warranty runs out.  But imagine having to pay $150 hr. For repairs.  And most warranty’s are transferable.  Some if you don’t use it. Get a prorated refund.
These guys also gave me some bonus. Ford warranty.  On a Mazda.  Certified ford program.
150 point inspection.
Full tank of gas.
And 14 day refund if I don’t like the car.
Seriously.  And some bonus ford points. For my ford app.
They seriously had like 700 vehicles to choose from.
I give them 5 stars.  I would give them 6
If they would have thrown in a spare key.  Weather tech floor mats. And phone holder.
So if you want the best.
