Dealer was transparent about the cost of the car and the need to sell it. Test drive was easy, he even test drove my car to assess for trade in value. Answered my questions sincerely. Honestly a rare pleasant experience at a dealership.

This place is honestly one of the worst places you could ever consider buying a car from. My experience with them was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. From the moment you start communicating with them, it becomes clear that there is a serious lack of professionalism and understanding when it comes to how customers expect to be treated. The staff seem to lack basic communication skills and do not respect people's time at all.
One of the biggest concerns about this dealership is the condition and history of many of their vehicles. It appears that a large percentage of the cars on their lot are salvage vehicles, which is something buyers should absolutely be aware of before doing business here. If you take the time to read through their reviews, you will notice a pattern of customers raising similar concerns and complaints about the types of vehicles they sell and the lack of transparency surrounding them.
Another frustrating issue is how they handle inquiries. Instead of answering simple questions over the phone or providing clear details about a vehicle beforehand, they will often tell you to come in person. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! I just bought a 2015 Audi a7 from these guys for 14.5k cash!!!! And this car has a lot of issues no cruise control the ACC camera is bad and very expensive to fix also PCV valve is bad I’m burning 1 quart of oil every 500 miles another very expensive fix and air bad light won’t go off also timing belt tensioner very very expensive to fix. People go to car lots for some sense of security even though it’s a used car and to pay 14.5k for a car that has so many major problems is not ok.
