Yay!! New service Alert!! Schumacher is now mobile way much better than sitting at the dealer for hours. Trying to get an oil change and service done to your car. What’s more better than someone pulling up to your location a trusted dealer with great service technicians to service your vehicle. Very much convenient I absolutely hope they grow this into something big. I was at work with no issues about when my car was gonna get ready. When was I gonna pick it up? When did I need to get a ride back to the dealer all I had to do was go outside and grab my keys. My vehicle was serviced!! Thanks Josh

Osmedy Lopez was very professional and courteous when checking me in and out for service. She was especially attentive on my exit making sure I was completely satisfied with my service appointment. I drove out of the lot with a sparkling car because of a courtesy wash too. I have no reservations about returning to Schumacher for my next service visit with Odemy!

Time after time this dealership never fails to disappoint me. About about a year ago, I was pressured into test driving a car on a 24 Hour Test Dr. I accepted, and they made me leave my keys to my current vehicle. After coming back I found my car had been driven And ended up with a screw in my tire. I reached out to the dealership to see why they move my car and they swore that they did not move it. The sales manager ended up cursing at me on the phone and was extremely unprofessional. Later he called me back and said somebody did move my car and that he was wrong And told me to bring my car into fix my tire. I have run flat tires, which could not be patched, which I explained to them however, they would not replace my tire in the only manner that it would be safe to drive on again. I decided to give them a second chance this week and go look at a vehicle they had available for purchase. I called the dealership three times to confirm that the vehicle was on the lot before I drove there as the dealership is not close. I kept getting a receptionist, but nobody from sales ever called me back to confirm. Finally, the fourth time I called I got in contact with someone and set up an appointment. At first, she seems very nice. The dealership offered me $10,000 less than any other Dealership or third-party I reached out to for trade-in which was insulting. World trying to negotiate with my sales person, They started to show a very rude attitude back towards me after I called them out on pricing and fees. They changed the price from what it was originally listed for on the website on top of it. I tried to give this dealership a second chance and I never write Google reviews but I wanted to share this to other people don’t have to deal with this.
