This is a great family-owned business with highly competitive pricing and quality. Pierre, our sales representative, was welcoming.  We spent over an hour considering our options before we bought a bedroom and sofa set. Unfortunately, the dresser and nightstand were damaged upon delivery, but the installation team promptly returned them to the warehouse. We are currently waiting for the replacements, and I am confident the management will resolve this as quickly and professionally as the rest of our experience has been.

I don’t normally take the time out to write reviews but this time I had to. I came by furniture direct today and the experience was great. My sales person Pablo was incomparable . He was pleasant, welcoming and extremely patient. He  did his extreme best to ensure I was comfortable with my choice and worked his shirt off to get me the best deal he could. Awesome job Pablo.

I have to say, they do a really good job of making you feel comfortable and helping you find what you need to make sales, but the follow-through was horrible.

I worked with Pierre, and he was great the day of, but it took two days for my order to actually be placed. My paid delivery request also wasn’t submitted, and my contact information was entered incorrectly.

The third-party delivery company had to look up my number just to confirm my delivery, and if I hadn’t followed up myself, I probably wouldn’t have received my delivery when requested.

I would definitely recommend following up the next day to make sure everything was completed properly.
