In the past I’ve always purchased my used vehicles from new car dealerships, believing they offer the best selection and security. This level of service after the sale is something I’ve honestly never experienced—neither from independent used car dealers nor from major new car dealerships.
In my experience, once most dealerships finalize the paperwork, their involvement ends. That was not the case here. Sam remained attentive, responsive, and committed to making sure I was satisfied with the vehicle.
