Right after I bought my car, I noticed a sound in the rear undercarriage and the check-engine light came on (cruise light started flashing, too) They checked it out and told me that it was a simple fix involving the fuel neck and gas gap. That seemed strange to me and I asked, “Really? What is that sound then.” They asked me if this was my first Subaru, and it is. They said they drove it and heard nothing unusual (!?) They ordered the parts, and I had it repaired a couple of weeks ago.

Last week, the check-engine and flashing cruise lights came back on, just like before. I took it to another shop here in town and they told me it was my rear hub assembly. I asked what the chances were that this was not happening a few months ago when I bought the car, and he laughed. He said, “Sounds like you’d better go have a conversation with Ruddell.”

I brought it in this morning and showed them the repair quote. I reminded them that I have been trying to find out what was wrong with the rear undercarriage of my car since I bought it. The young man smiled sweetly and said, “Did You purchase the extended warranty? If you did, we’d be happy to fix it for you for $50.”

I didn’t purchase the extended warranty. I’m a single mother, barely making ends meet. I trusted Ruddell not to sell me a car that needed $2,000 in repairs before I drove it off the lot.

We came in “browsing” for a particular vehicle. There was never any pressure to buy….Chris was our salesman and was very knowledgeable on the product and was so patient with us.
He helped find the perfect fit for me. :)

Man o man .... Joe and Tim got me the nicest truck I have ever seen. I went in with a check, 45 minutes later they had the truck getting detailed. I bought the truck then they said that it needed full brakes, and front shocks. Since I had already paid for the Dodge Ram they ended up doing the work for free. $2000 worth of work. Never been more happy..
