Beige Corduroy Sofa and Loveseat Set purchase from Bob’s furniture store less than five months ago hardly ever used

Hi, I am selling my cream color, beige sofa and loveseat. They have been slightly used but are beautiful condition. They’re located in the basement of my home that we rarely use. They have been scotch guarded and they have a five-year warranty on them. They were recently purchased. I’m converting the basement into a theater room, so I need to get rid of the sofa and loveseat. I am including everything that is in the photos, including a small Brownwood pub table 5 piece four chairs and one table the sofas are cream, color beige. They are a corduroy velvet material. I have two 5 x 8 area rugs that are displayed in the photos and I also have two feather lamps and all the throw pillows are included as well. I am asking for everything $1050 or best offer that is for sofa loveseat throw pillows two lamps two area rugs, and the pub table that is a five piece. Also, I have a large white and gold oil painting that I do not have displayed. It has never been used. I will include it with the purchase.
