Very very bad place to buy or lease your vehicle. Got my truck financed and after signing it didn't want to start anymore so I left it. They delivered it the next day with these lights on and I took it back. Haven't even made my first payment and I have taken the truck 4 or 5 times to get it "fixed" but they don't do anything. Ms. Arleth is very rude and unprofessional. Overall very bad experience here.

Jorge Rivera was the very helpful in the whole process and made the truck buying experience very smooth. I’m very grateful for the time and effort he put into the deal. I will be buying my next vehicle from her and referring my friends and family to come and see him.

My experience with this dealership has been disappointing. After purchasing a 2021 van, it broke down within two weeks, and the dealership refused to provide any assistance with repairs. It was disturbing to learn that they were aware of the motor issues and other problems that arose during my short commute. To make matters worse, I was forced to pay $850 for repairs, despite having driven fewer than 40 miles within the two-week period following the purchase. The dealership's lack of support and their focus on charging extra on monthly payments is troubling. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!!

The worst place in the world. They tell you the car is ready, it's all a lie. They don't give you any guarantee, and the mechanics don't know what they're doing. They give you the cars with too much oil and no antifreeze, and then when you take the vehicle out, the warning lights come on. I don't recommend it to anyone.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Vehicles are not fixed properly and will break down on you down the road. The front desk is very unprofessional in person and on the phone. The girls at the front desk will talk bad about you in front of you if they assume you don't speak spanish especially over the phone. The day I arrived to see the truck I was buying I found that the A/C was not working properly and the tires where cracked really bad so I let the salesperson (Tony) know, he then walked me to Alan (the loan officer) and let him know about the problem. Alan told me that they would fix it and do a final inspection on it since I had to drive it back home 4 hrs away. The next day I picked up the truck to take it back and saw that the tire problem didn't get fixed. I talked to Alan and he told me that the tires where good and that I would be fine. When I left I drove it for about 55 miles then the check engine light turned on. I connected my scanner and it gave me the codes that something was wrong with the DEF. I called Tony back and told him what had happened. He told me that the truck was ok and that the light would turn off once I filled it with DEF. The gage showed full but it still took a hole box. I drove it back home because they had closed the dealership since it was already late. The light never turned off. I called Tony back the next morning and he told me that they couldn't fix it since I had already purchased the truck and that if they checked the truck I would have to pay for it to be fixed. I took it to my mechanic and he told me that it needed a hole new DPF exhaust system so I had no choice but to fix it. And now that the cold weather started I found out that the heater doesn't work. Also I never got my license plates and when I called them they told me they had been there for over 2 months. I NEVER got a phone call from them. I spoke to the store manager Arlet and I explained that Alan had told me that they would get mailed to my address. Arlet told me that I was wrong and  that Alan was not in charge of that department (even though he was the only one I talked to when I was buying the truck) she also told me that they only call once and that they don't chase people down because its the buyers responsibility to keep up with there own stuff. Arlet said that if I Cash App them $20 that they would send me the plates. I went to the courthouse and I only got charged $7.50 for the sticker and plates. They told me at the courthouse that the dealers should be in charge of sending me the sticker and plates since I had already paid for all of that. I hope this helps someone not get screwed over. And NEVER make a review till after you drive it for a couple of days because they pretty much force you to put one before you leave the dealer so it makes them look good. If they make you do one you can always change the review at a later time.
