If the return is due to our mistake:
If the item is defective, damaged, not as described, or we made an error in the listing, we will take responsibility for the return and make it right.

If the return is for the buyer's personal reasons:
Examples include changed my mind, no longer needed, ordered by mistake, doesn't fit, or doesn't meet my specific needs.

For these returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Where permitted by eBay's policies, a restocking fee and the original shipping cost we paid to send the item to the buyer may also be deducted from the refund.
