Watercolor painting 2004. Sue Gill Rose , an American painter was born at Randolph Air Force Base in University City, Texas, near San Antonio. From ages 10-12, she studied painting at the Dallas Museum of Art at the state fair. During her first year out of high school (1956), she attended the University of Colorado. After graduating from Southern Methodist University in 1960, she moved to New York City. Watercolor painting 20”w x 29”H with a nice quality matted frame and glass panel 28”W x 40”L.
