Regular usage. I upgraded to the Bose QC Ultras, hence why I am selling these. Please note, these have the feedback loop issue that a lot of XM4s are known for getting. Meaning, you won't be able use ANC. That is why I am selling for cheap. However even without ANC the headphones are still great with sound quality and high volumes. You'll need to get the Sony Headphones app.
