2008 Ford Escape

Vehicle doesn’t run but it turns on. I have all the paper work for the vehicle and the registration was paid for this year. Has a new battery that was purchased 2 months ago. Front passenger tire has a bubble and the rim is broken. I have bought a new rim as well that will be yours to take. What makes the vehicle not run is the driver airbag. I was in a car accident this year and the driver seat airbag deployed. I tried replacing the airbag but the wires that connect to the air bag melted off, possibly damaged to due the accident so that has to be replaced.
