Incredibly well ran shop! The entire staff was friendly but never tried to make you uncomfortable to push a sale. Told me directly what the final price would be (which in this industry isn’t all that common). When I came to pick up my new car a sensor had an error message appear. The manager immediately took it to the dealer and instead of me having to drive back up get it he had it dropped off to me roughly a hour away. Can’t recommend this shop enough!

Pros: The staff was friendly overall. Helped answer the questions I asked. I came from out of town so asked them for a ride from the nearest park ride station because I had no car yet. I am grateful they gave me a ride three times, when I went to look at the car, when I had to leave to go back home (dropped off to a bus stop) and when I came to pick it up later. The car was good deal, not great but not bad either. I asked a few small details to be taken care of before picking it up but after purchasing (broken/missing parts replaced), and they were mostly taken care of. After having my car checked out by a mechanic after driving it home, one of car's front CV boot rubber was cut open and had to be replaced ($400 repair). I was not able to check the underside of the car before purchasing and was not informed about this by the dealership despite of me asking them if there are any issues I should be aware of. But it passed the state safety inspection so the CV boot tear might have occurred during the few hundred miles after I had driven off the dealer lot. One of the tire had sidewall bubble so I paid $850 to replace all 4 tires just to be safe (dealership also didn't mention this to me but to be fair, it was my fault and responsibility to check out the car thoroughly beforehand. Maybe this occurred too after I had driven it off the lot. I just wished I was warned in advance about the potential issues the car might have due to age/mileage). Other than those, it is still running fine. Overall, I am happy with the car.

Cons:
**update Oct 2024: I had a call for the first time with Supreme Motors after leaving this review. I mentioned my issues and heard what dealership had to say. There were some misunderstandings due to unclear breakdown of charges. $400 charge was inclusive of detailing service and preparing the car with additional minor part replacement I had requested. This wasn't made clear to me at the time of purchase so Supreme went the extra miles to take care of my issues afterwards. I am leaving the previous issues I had below for reference. This tells me Supreme cares about customers for the long-term relationship, and its reputation. My trust in Supreme has increased after my post-purchase issues have been taken care of. Changed from 3 to 4 stars.

I paid them for the detailing service, which they charged me $400 separately on top of car price and ~$795 for the DMV registration paperwork. I told them numerously to remove the seat clothe stains that were visible before I decided to buy. Dealership promised. However, the stains were still all there when I came to pick it up. I knew main big name dealerships in town charge $200 for detailing service and was disappointed for the quality. The employee responsible replied the stains could not be removed despite of using vacuum extractor. When I challenged the employee I could have cleaned them up myself with less than $10, the employee challenged me to do it myself on the spot with all the tools they have. That was rude, and not how $400 service provider should treat a customer. After getting home, I was able to clean up the stains myself after spending an 1 hour  with used old toothbrush and dishwashing detergent I had at home. I did not even use a shop vacuum either. I don't know why I have to spend my own time and resources to clean up the mess I had already paid $400 for. Also, the manager in charge of approving the final price told me to transfer the money even before printing out and showing me any of legally required paperwork. That felt disrespectful. I neither saw a single paper nor sign a single paper yet, and he asked a customer to transfer money. When I told him I am not sending money until I review all the paperwork first, he seemed to oblige begrudgingly and eventually showed me all the paperwork.

Despite of the short comings, Supreme Motors was one of the better dealerships I have visited.
