This is a ResMed CPAP machine. Really, the only thing you need to get a good night's rest--the kind you used to get years back when you were free of sleep apnea-- is the ResMed mask (AirFit (all), AirTouch, Quattro, Activa, Swift, and more). Just acquire any one ResMed mask, put it on, then connect the CPAP hose (included and sterilized under high temperature/pressure steam so you're good to go) to your mask. A bit of simple programming at the Elite S8 interface (so easy we're confident you won't need a manual--it's that intuitive), and you're ready to get a night's rest like you used to back in the day. Your snoring problems? They will be ancient history. Your sleep apnea? What sleep apnea? Waking up to find you haven't taken a breath in a while? Scary, and now a thing of the past. And ResMed engineered this machine to be silent--it's about as quiet as a first-class international flight. The CPAP machine comes with a canvas carry case that will hold everything, including cannula, hoses, heck, you might even fit a mask or two in there. All equipment and accessories, including the canvas carry case, have been sterilized to autoclave temperature (about 120*C for about 30 seconds) and under high pressure, meaning no off odors or uncouth smells when in use.
