Colbey helped me with my purchase he wasn’t pushy and answered almost all my questions. However i had to edit my review because GMC Lynnwood is a joke I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership . When i bought the car it wasn't  cleaned or detailed. (Not a major deal breaker, they filled the tank to make up for the dirty car) The first day i had the car i notice the sunroof didn't work and the driver side mirror kept popping out and falling off. I called they had me bring it back they did absolutely nothing to fix it. They fixed the mirror by just popping it back in which i did myself. Fast forward to about a week after i purchased the vehicle there was a deep humming which they couldn’t figure out what it was so they replaced the fuel pump sent me on my way mind you they had my car for a week And I was having to pay for Ubers because they didn’t give me a rental. So after they fix the fuel pump, the humming noise is still there and none of their senior mechanics can seem to figure it out. They had my car for another week couldn’t figure it out. Put me in a rental car for a couple days after having my car multiple times trying to fix the issue after I had offered to take it to Ford to have them diagnose it so that GMC can fix accurately they refused. Now they’re Completely leaving me on the back burner with a car that still has issues. If you do buy a car off of  their lot, I would make sure it’s brand new. Do not buy any used cars from these people because they don’t give a shit about the car they sold you or the problems that come with.

Javier at Seaview made the process of buying my accord easy! My girlfriend loves the car and wants me to drive us everywhere ever since I bought it! It was cool sharing stories with Javier about being the same age and it great that he made sure both myself and my girlfriend were included in any conversation. Overall was a pretty awesome car buying process.

I purchased a used truck through Seaview yesterday. Im sure this dealership won't mind me letting everyone know that they aren't willing to negotiate the price on any of their used vehicles because the owner has already priced all used vehicles at the very lowest possible amount after taken into account the vehicles history, mileage etc., per the sales rep. I was okay with paying the asking price and decided to purchase the truck so we didn't have to deal with all the bs that comes along with buying a car at a dealership.  After letting the sales rep know that I was a buyer at the listed amount, he came back with a list of add on's, as they typically do, and asked me if I wanted to purchase an extended warranty for 5k and a theft insurance policy through allstate for $1295. I kindly let him know that I wasn't interested in purchasing anything additional as I was already paying full price for a used vehicle with very high miles. He then stated that he was unable to remove the $1295 anti theft policy through allstate because they have to purchase this policy for all used vehicle's due to the theft they experience in the Lynnwood area and they dont eat it but instead pass it onto all their customers. I decided not to purchase the vehicle as I thought this was a shady practice especially, after asking me if I wanted to purchase the insurance and then telling me it wasn't an option. He then went to his manager who quickly came over to make small talk. I let him know that I live on a private island and this policy wouldn't do me any good because we have to barge vehicles on and off our island so there is no chance it would be stolen. The manager let me know that he wouldn't take the fee off or reduce the purchase price but asked if we could make a deal. My husband blurted out that we would split it, since he wanted the truck. I did not want to give this company my business so we walked out. The manager came out after us asking if we'd do it for $300,  and since my husband wanted the truck so bad I agreed. I really hope this review was worth the $319 you got from me for an insurance policy I will never use. This is the reason car salesmen have the bad reputation they do. Be upfront and honest people, that will get you a lot farther in life and sales! To the owner of Seaview, its probably time to get new sales people and invest in better training skills.

We just bought an EV truck from Colbey and it was a great experience. He wasn’t aggressive or pushy, like we’ve encountered before at other dealerships. It was a smooth test drive with him and financial/negotiation transaction was fair. Thank you, Colbey.
