We had a great experience at iAutoDealers. John made purchasing our 2014 GMC Acadia straightforward and low‑pressure. A couple of days after we brought it home, the SUV developed a misfire. We called the dealership and Demitri (John’s son) asked us to bring it in that same day. They got it to their mechanic right away—turned out it needed new spark plugs. Even though there was no warranty, they covered half of the repair and had us back on the road quickly. Things can happen with used cars; what matters is how a dealer responds, and they truly stood behind the sale. We appreciated the honest communication and fast help and would buy here again.

Experience was better than expected from a used car dealership off Broadway. The manager worked with us on our down payment and went above and beyond customer service when the clutch went out 3 hrs after driving it off the lot. He paid for it and gave us a loaner vehicle for the mean time. Super respectful staff and willing to work with customers in these economic times.

I bought a 2017 RAV4 from this dealer, and the salesman was very easy to work with. He made the whole process smooth, kept things light with plenty of jokes, and was overall very friendly.

He also helped me save some money without adding any unnecessary fees.

Like with any used car, I’d still recommend doing your research to make the most informed decision.

I was a little nervous about iAuto at first, BUT that was simply because of the size of the shop. Many of the vehicles I had been looking at in my price range were at smaller dealerships, and if my budget had allowed, I would have gone for a Certified Pre-Owned option—especially after being burned by a previous private sale. What first eased my anxieties, though, were the many stellar reviews I read here on Google, and I can see why there are so many.

When we arrived, the vehicle we came for was ready and reasonably priced. John helped us test drive it quickly, and it immediately became a strong contender on my list.  He also had other choices on his lot that drew my interest.  Throughout the process, John was genuine, kind, funny, and incredibly easy to connect with.  He struck the perfect balance of doing his job to get the vehicle sold while also honoring my desire to explore every option available.  You can tell he is a win-win kind of guy.

What stood out most was John’s way of building trust. He engaged in meaningful conversation, advocated for my security and joy in the search, and truly felt like someone who wanted to help me find the right fit—not just make a sale. He’s the kind of person I’d happily share a coffee with and lose track of time talking to.

The shop itself is clean, full of interesting vehicles, and it’s clear John takes good care of his inventory. He was open to a pre-purchase inspection, and conveniently there’s a service shop right across the street.

If you want a dealer who is honest, genuine, respectful, witty, and invested in meeting your needs, in the way that feels right for you, I highly recommend iAuto and John. Meeting him was a gift, and I look forward to crossing paths with him again.

Very professional, helped us every step of the way get a new car on short notice at a very affordable price. Was very nice and knew what he was talking about. Would highly recommend these guys to friends and family, they rock.
