So I bought this from a friend a while back and he had only used it a couple times. I somehow got it locked up and when I turn it on it goes to a blue screen and I I gave up I got a new laptop like days after that and just never even took this to a cheap geeks or anything I have the charger it works. Everything works and it was a brand new so all you gotta do is be better at computers than me and you have a brand new laptop. I added a picture that tells you exactly how to fix it. I just don’t know what it means.
