I have gotten two vehicles from here and both times were very great experiences. Jonah helped me on a really great vehicle ,was very informative helped in every way that he could to make sure that I got a great deal great vehicle ,Jonah went far and beyond to help me get such a Beautiful vehicle I highly recommend Cross Country Motors. There was a reason why I went back to the same Dealership and I’m really glad that I did. I really do believe that they deserve five stars. Just wanted to say this place is awesome for anyone in a rough spot trying to get into a car. Sean and his team did a great job helping me out. They’re super friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process stress-free.

I picked up a 2018 Ford Edge from them, and after about two weeks it’s been great in every way. Everything was explained clearly and the process was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Sean and his team to anyone looking for a car.

🦍 They gave me a blue slushie with the purchase of my car. I'm gonna tell all my friends to go there. They got me approved with my credit which is VERY rough and everyone else kept telling me no. Had my car for a few months now and still 0 issues. I was greeted on the lot the SECOND my foot hit the pavement and immediately as I sat down in the office I had a bottle of water whipped right at me. Never have I been so hydrated while buying a car. Talk about phenomenal customer service. It was also the easiest and fastest car buying experience I've had. The mechanic was a little dirty but that's how I know he's actually working and getting all the cars in peak performance. 🦍

Got a truck from them two weeks later had to put $1,000 into the truck. Was told all fluids were up to date but had to get an oil change two days into having it. They don’t know much about there vehicles or take the time to diagnose the vehicle. Definitely recommend going somewhere else.

If I could give Cross Country Motors more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Jonah as well as the owner I think it was are absolutely amazing. Great at their jobs and truly decent humans and that is rare these days. They were dedicated to getting me financed and also had lots of great advice about the cars in general and what kind of vehicle would be best for me. Very knowledgeable. I have never had such an amazing, kind, and genuinely helpful experience at a dealership in my life. My credit isn’t great and I’ve been turned away or misled by so many places, but Cross Country Motors worked with me every step of the way. They found me an affordable option, a great-quality car that fits my needs perfectly, and they made sure I got a good deal. They truly took care of me in every possible way, and I will be forever grateful.
Just the day before, I was at another dealership that told me I qualified for zero down… only to switch it up after I picked a car and suddenly ask for $1600 down and a cosigner... On a car he would only let me drive around the block and was unable to fully check out. It felt shady and stressful, like most dealerships I’ve been to. I was definitely being hustled because I am a female and not very knowledgeable about cars and it shows. Most people in car sales and mechanics are quick to take advantage of that but not here. Cross Country Motors was the complete opposite. They were transparent from the very beginning, honest about every detail, and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive away in a car the same day.
I ended up in a really bad situation and thought I had no way to get another vehicle, but they came through for me when I needed it most. They’re absolute angels. This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had, and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that truly cares about people. They genuinely reminded me that even though the world is crazy right now, there are still good people out there with good hearts.
