The keyboard info and includes the following: - keyboard has been professionally cleaned by taking off each individual keycaps with keycap pullers and safely dusted and wiped each keycaps individually. - keycaps were put back together and tested - all 3 levels of LEDs lumens work - each key stroke has been tested and registered signal as it is purposed to - comes with originally packaging - comes with brand new never used hand/palm rest Please let me know if you have any questions.
