Bought a new MDX from Southern Acura Newport News. Our last car buying experience with a different dealership was frustrating and full of unexpected surprises. This one was the opposite. Both our salesman John and the finance manager Amber were professional really took the time to understand our needs. The model I wanted wasn’t on the lot and they worked quickly to find one elsewhere and had it delivered all within a week. There were no surprises with pricing and paperwork was quick and painless. The entire team was easy to work with and even let our son ride around on a Honda scooter inside the store so he wouldn’t get bored. Would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

John and Dustin were absolutely amazing! I got my DREAM car so easily. Dustin was the best for finance, ran into the room saying “what are you doing in my swamp” to try to make us laugh as it was so late. Definitely recommend this dealership.
