I had an excellent experience at Miami Lakes Automall. They are great from start to finish.  Omar, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly and never pushy. Talked about different options, including trade in.  The sales manager, Irvin Gonzalez, worked with us on pricing in a way that was fair and respectful. Finance Department, Yasmany Basulto, made the signing of all the documents very clear, explaining everything, no pressure, whatever was added was explained.  After the purchase, I visited the service department for a routine check and Armando was very helpful, organized and kept me updated about the visit. It’s reassuring to know that the same level of care continues even after the sale. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing team!! Not only was I given a great deal but was treated like VIP. I bought my car on Christmas Eve and everyone involved stayed late until every question and concern was answered to my upmost satisfaction.  Luis  Vigniero was my salesman and Daniel Mondejar was the manager that finalized the sale. Both were absolutely amazing and made sure I drove out my car with a smile. I couldn't have asked for more.
