We purchased a dishwasher directly from this business. On the original delivery/service date, no one showed up and there was no communication, so I had to call and reschedule.

Exactly one month after purchase, the dishwasher broke down. It was still under their three-month guarantee. What followed were numerous texts and phone calls from both my husband and me. My husband was asked to text a copy of the receipt, which he did, but no one followed up. I also texted the service contact and his supervisor with no response. At one point, my husband went to the store in person and found it closed.

A service visit was eventually scheduled. I made sure someone was home and paid for the service, but no one showed up. After going in person and speaking with the service coordinator, we were given another day and time. Again, the technician did not arrive as promised and ultimately showed up hours later with the wrong address.

After the visit, when we ran the dishwasher, water spilled onto the floor. We were told they would need to return again.

This entire experience occurred while the appliance was under guarantee. Clear communication, honoring scheduled appointments, and properly completing service would have made a significant difference. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its customer service and follow-through.

Fraudulent practices!! I was told we would be getting a new floor sample refrigerator without any blemishes. I requested a picture of the model and serial numbers. They send it to me. I verified that it was in fact from 2025 like they promised. It was.
The day of delivery, they said there was a tiny ding on the right door and asked if I wanted it replaced or get a small discount. I opted for replacement. They delivered it the same day. After they left, we noticed the top corners were extremely worn out. Looked very old. I called the sales person. She was very apologetic and said someone would come out to replace the parts either same day or the next day.
I inspected it more thoroughly and found dents and scrapes on top of left door as well. Then I took a picture of the refrigerator serial number and realized that the edges were peeled and replaced. They actually peeled the sticker from another refrigerator and placed it over this used one!! I’m including pics of everything so you could see how shady these people are. After I texted the sales person, she silenced all my messages and no one ever showed up or called me back. It's been almost a week without a peep. I left numerous messages via phone and texts.

I'll be filing a complaint to the California Attorney General's Office, the California Department of consumer affairs, as well as the federal trade commission for their fraudulent practices. I'm also going to file for small claims court.

I am filing this complaint because I believe I was misled regarding the age and condition of a refrigerator I purchased from Appliances Services & Wholesale Liquidation Inc.

I initially responded to a Craigslist advertisement placed by the company for a 2024 GE refrigerator. After contacting the company, the salesperson informed me by text message that the advertised refrigerator had been sold. The salesperson then sent me text messages containing photographs and descriptions of three other refrigerators that were represented as late-model units available for purchase. I have retained all text messages, photographs, and communications.

Based on those representations, I selected and purchased a Thermador built-in refrigerator for approximately $4,500.

Upon delivery, I was instructed not to turn the refrigerator on for 12 hours to allow it to settle. When I turned it on the following day, it failed to cool properly and would not reach the appropriate operating temperature. I immediately contacted the company, and they sent a technician to perform repairs.

While the technician was working on the refrigerator, I obtained model and serial information and contacted Thermador directly to obtain a user manual. During that conversation, Thermador informed me that the refrigerator model I purchased was manufactured between 2011 and 2015 and has since been discontinued.

This information was shocking and deeply concerning. High-end built-in refrigerators generally have an expected service life of approximately 10 to 15 years. Had I known that the refrigerator was potentially 10 to 14 years old at the time of purchase, I would never have agreed to pay $4,500 for it. I purchased the unit based on the understanding that it was a relatively recent model, consistent with the representations made by the seller regarding the availability of late-model refrigerators.

I believe the company misrepresented, or failed to disclose, the true age of the refrigerator. I am now concerned that I paid a premium price for a unit that may be near the end of its expected service life and could require replacement in the near future.

I am requesting that Appliances Services & Wholesale Liquidation Inc. provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, replacement with a genuinely late-model refrigerator of comparable value, or another mutually acceptable resolution.

I have retained text messages, photographs, purchase documentation, and communications with Thermador that support my complaint.

This company is not to be trusted. They claim they test their products for 90 days and that is absolute false . They accept condemned appliances from subzero that are meant to be crushed unfixable and resell them with a two-year warranty. I am taking them to court and I’m having issues with them even showing up Leo who is the manager always has an excuse as to what he can do and claims the owners cannot be contacted. I spent $4600 on a refrigerator that’s been sitting on the side of my house for three months I’ve been to court three times and serving them has been next to impossible. There are so many other issues that I won’t get into of the destruction that is occurred that I am a business and I respect reviews. Do not purchase anything from these people if there is any issue, it will not be covered.

Do not buy anything from this so-called business! They sold me a nice looking fridge that stopped working 6 months later. They told me the fridge was basically brand new, a floor model. Abraham has been avoiding my calls for over a month now. Telling me they are sending someone out and no one shows up. Then he avoids my calls for weeks. They have scammed me and I will be reporting them to BBB and taking them to small claims.
