Purchased 8 years ago from Rooms to Go. There is wear and tear, we repaired the cushion the best we could and there is damage on the right side from our cat (fraying). See photos of each. Comes with two pillows. Home is non-smoking, and has a cat and a dog. Measurements : 93 1/2 In Length x 38 in width x 30 in height 3 seater with firm seating. Must be able to pick up couch, we cannot transport. Willing to negotiate.
