Vintage Airguide Weather Station – Barometer, Thermometer & Hygrometer – Tested

Beautiful vintage Airguide Instrument Company weather station, made in Chicago, U.S.A., featuring three functional instruments in one handsome wall-mounted display: barometer, thermometer, and hygrometer/humidity gauge. All three instruments have been personally tested and are functioning. As this is a vintage instrument, it has not been professionally calibrated and exact scientific accuracy is not guaranteed. The large upper barometer features classic weather indications including Stormy, Rain, Change, Fair, and Very Dry, while the two smaller lower dials display temperature and humidity. The brushed gold-tone faces, cream background, beveled glass, and warm wood frame give this piece a wonderful mid-century vintage character. The wood frame has been carefully refreshed to bring out its rich grain and darker tonal variation while preserving the aged character of the piece. The gold-tone trim and instrument faces have also been cleaned, giving the weather station a striking decorative presence without removing its vintage appeal. Perfect for a traditional study, library, office, den, cabin, cottage, masculine study, or collected vintage interior. It is both a functional weather instrument and an unusual piece of vintage wall decor.
