I had the worst experience with this dealership. During the negotiation, I asked if they offered a military discount, and the salesman told me, “I’ll give you the family discount.” Five miles down the road, the check engine light came on, the roof wouldn’t open, and the windshield washer didn’t work. I guess that was the “discount” he was talking about.
After sending pictures of the diagnostic report, I was told a mechanic would contact me — it’s been over a month and a half, and I’m still waiting. Terrible service and zero accountability. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I knew buying a used vehicle may be risky and dealing with the salesperson may be stressful; however, Joey came out and introduced himself and before long, we were on a test drive. After about 15 minutes we were talking price and fees. I bought the pickup and feel very good in my decision. No hassle, no pressure…I got a great deal!

These people are crooks and con artist! Sold me a lemon last may! They tweak all the lights on the vehicle to get it off the lot! They lie about a down payment stating that you have them $4000 so that they can push the finance through. Mind you Car plug is just the store front. When you do the paperwork they are originally AutoCon LLC! Sold me a 2018 ford escape with faulty pcv, oil leak, breather hose tube completely disconnected, the transmission blew! Drive train issues. Gabe ..Joey … and Moe are the biggest crooks ever! Do not purchase these cars they are all Mechanic specials and should only be used as loaners! They need to be shut down!

BUYER BEWARE!!

I bought a GLC300 at 6:30pm on July 8th and at 7am on July 9th, the check engine light came on and won’t accelerate past 60mph. Only 11 hours after paying cash for the vehicle. I was told to come to the dealership to discuss options.

I worked with Danny, Mo, and Joey who all were extremely unhelpful and KNOWINGLY sold a car with issues. They presented me with the following resolutions:

1. Accept the trade value for the vehicle (about 4k less than I paid)
2. They can facilitate the repairs at their discounted rate, for a new turbo. ($1500 out of pocket)
3. Purchase their warranty for $3,600 dollars.

All I asked is for human decency, I came to this dealership with good faith that they would sell me a reliable car for my family and I, yet was SCAMMED out of 15,000. This is not over yet, I will ensure that my story gets out to anyone that will listen. Please save yourself the heartache and stress and please please please do not willingly buy a car here.
