Very disappointing experience. I called about a Tesla that was advertised at a great price, and after I spent time researching it and planning the purchase, I was told it had already been sold. It feels like the dealership leaves attractive listings online to get people to call. Whether that’s intentional or just poor inventory management, it wasted my time. I wouldn’t recommend driving a long distance without confirming the car is actually available.

i called about a specific used tesla listed for sale because it significantly below the market value. Im a out of state buyer, the sales person keep trying to schedule an in person visit instead of confirming which vehicle that im interested in. (TRAPPP)

I explained multiple times that I lived in out of state and that I simply wanted an OTD price before making travel arrangements. That's a standard and reasonable request for anyone buying from anther state right. Unfortunately, my request was repeatedly avoided, and the conversation keep being redirected instead of providing a clear answer.

Based on my exp, I DO NOT FEEL like this dealership is honest and transparent enough, so I decided to NOT move forward.

I was a first time car buyer, and OC Chief was a very pleasant experience. Joseph took care of me, and I would highly recommend asking for him. I would say expect some fees on top of the price you see online, but I assume that is the case at any dealership. I think for buying used Teslas, OC Chief seems like the best option, and has some great value deals on used model 3's for people with a tighter budget like me.
