I have bought a lot of cars in my life but buying a car with Action Auto Sales was by far the best car buying experience yet.
Walter was not like the stereotypical "salesman". He was extremely professional, kind, personable, and there was zero sales pressure. All of the cars on the lot seem to be very well priced and they are good quality vechicles. I went on a Saturday so the lot was  very busy. Walter done it ALL!!! From answering phone calls, setting me up to test drive the car, doing the financing, to even detailing my car at the end when the sale was final. He worked extremely well under pressure. It really shows that he loves his job and helping people like me get exactly what I'm looking for. I would highly recommend giving Walter a call if you are in need of a new ride. You won't be disappointed.

Buyer Beware! This dealership doesn't deserve 1 star. We purchased our vehicle in 2024 with the Apex/Endurance warranty for extra coverage. Unfortunately for us, the warranty for a major repair was denied by Endurance because Action Auto declined this repair at the same mechanic 2 months prior to our purchase. Had Action Auto repaired and/or had a record of repairing this almost 5k job with labor, we wouldn't be in this position. We are working with the NC Attorney General's office to pursue this legally for justice & in hopes to protect future prospective customers. Lemon law, NC General Statutes - Chapter 75 Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practice.

I rented an Infiniti QX60 for a beach trip and absolutely loved the vehicle my only issue was that it had a super small trunk space; after doing my research I decided on a QX50, it was just the right size and had more trunk space. I searched for my ideal car for about 2 weeks before coming across it at Action Auto Sales.

I called and inquired about the vehicle and Walter was super helpful; I was able to submit all of my necessary stipulations over the phone, and received my approval and down payment amount before going in.

I put a $500 refundable deposit to hold the vehicle until I got there a few days later; took the vehicle to a trusted mechanic, received the “all good” and went back to make my purchase.

The bank that I was approved through raised their monthly payments and I absolutely would not go for it; Markos came in and saved the day!! He got my payments back to a completely doable monthly rate and I left with “Goddess”!!

She’s been in my possession for a little over 2 weeks now and I’ve had no issues; I went to pick up my plates yesterday, and Markos made sure that everything was okay, he even asked again to make sure that my monthly payment was okay. I have a one year bumper to bumper warranty plus a “Brad” warranty and I’m completely satisfied.

I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience here but mine was terrific and I’m beyond happy! If you do your part as a car buyer, Action Auto definitely does their part as a car dealer. Go by and see them I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!!
