We had a great car buying experience at Prime Dealer. Trey was so friendly, patient, and no pressure. We were out the door with our new Escape, after a lengthy test drive,  in just a few hours. We would recommend this hometown dealer to anyone!

They say they offer “in house” but once I arrived there, it seemed  like it was just strategy to get people in the door, and then they turn around and try and match the potential vehicle buyer with an outside finance company/bank.

They tried to push very very very hard to get a co-signer on the deal but they phrased it as “buyer supporter” or something gimicky like that. Then they suggested  “don’t worry, you can just refinance later if you want to take them off the loan, “8 months later”. But they were vague and honestly sounded like they just wanted to get the car sold and just forget about it or the implications that the buyer could experience when trying to refinance later on.

They said they wanted 50% down to do in house. But again, they don’t really seem to want to offer in house and instead push an outside bank very hard.

This was my personal experience. It may be a different experience for others. But that said, I would rather not return to this place, especially when there are other options available. Maybe it is a non issue for you personally.

Final note: If you have a weak boundaries, and are persuaded easily by others (not always in your best interests), I would suggest to avoid this place. Unless you’re fine with high down payment or most likely finding a co-signer if you go the traditional finance route. You may not need a co-signer though.

Obviously your own personal situation, finances, preferences, or circumstances could drastically change how it goes dealing with this place, and it may be pleasant experience for you.

I had an amazing experience getting my very first car here and I couldn't be more thankful. I was stressing with doing everything for my first time & Josh was amazing and has been a huge huge help. I've had my car for 2 months now and everytime I've needed help or had any questions Josh was more than happy to help me out and answer them for me. Seriously a sweetheart and the coolest dude ever 🥹 I couldn't suggest a better dealership! My car is going amazingly and hasn't had a single problem since the purchase.

I'm rewriting my review after having the car for a week. I wish I had read the other reviews here before purchasing a vehicle but, unfortunately, I didn't.

I had to take the car to a mechanic for some tire issues I've been having, as well as required maintenance (oil change). Come to find out they sold the vehicle with all four tires being almost bald, they're splitting, and they're the incorrect size. The mechanic informed me just how dangerous and reckless it was for them to sell a vehicle in this condition! After reading the other reviews, I'm thankful nothing else has popped up yet, and incredibly thankful nothing happened while I was driving it.

It was not verbally communicated to me that 1) the tires were in this condition or 2) that the vehicle was being sold "as is." Meaning they're not legally responsible to fix these issues before selling the vehicle. They completed emissions AFTER I left the lot and I've yet to find out if it passed.

That said, this vehicle did get me out of a bad situation with my old vehicle. It's in much better condition overall, despite quite a few aesthetic issues. However, I'm now incredibly concerned about the reliability of the vehicle and am having a full inspection completed. I'm only hoping it won't be worse than it currently is.

I'm highly disappointed with the situation and hope everyone else ASKS QUESTIONS and pays very close attention.

Update: After speaking with them, the response focused on why I didn’t call sooner (the issue was discovered after hours) rather than taking responsibility for the vehicle being sold with unsafe, incorrect tires. No reimbursement or effort to make the situation right was offered.

If you are considering buying a vehicle from Prime Dealer LLC, STOP RIGHT NOW and read this. I’m writing this because my experience with this dealership was so unbelievably bad, so shocking, and so unsafe that I feel obligated to warn every single person before they walk into this place.

In my personal experience and opinion, Prime Dealer LLC sold me one of the most dangerous, neglected, and improperly represented vehicles I have ever seen sold by a dealership and then did everything possible to avoid taking responsibility.

Right after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered massive, critical, pre-existing problems that NO honest dealership would ever hide:
•	Oil leak from day one
•	Cams and lifters failing
•	Three ignition coil pigtails melted
•	Heater hose insulation melted
•	PCV line melted
•	Incorrect spark plug wires installed
•	Multiple parts with signs of heat/fire damage

And here’s the part that made my jaw drop:
A Chevrolet dealership AND the warranty company confirmed that a repair claim had already been filed AND denied BEFORE I purchased the vehicle.

In my view, this means Prime Dealer LLC knew the vehicle had serious issues.
They knew the repairs were denied.
And in my opinion, they sold it anyway.

When I tried to contact them about the issues, Prime Dealer LLC:
•	Ignored every email
•	Refused to communicate in writing

Ask yourself why ANY legitimate dealership would panic at the idea of written communication.
In my personal opinion: because they don’t want evidence of their actions.

The vehicle sat on their lot for over two months.
The issues were obvious.
The fire damage was visible.
The previous claim had been denied.

But none of this was disclosed to me.

In my personal experience, this dealership showed:
•	No honesty
•	No accountability
•	No transparency
•	No interest in making things right

I personally would NEVER buy from Prime Dealer LLC again.
Not after what I went through.
Not after how they treated me.
Not after how they avoided responsibility.

To any future buyer:
Protect yourself. Do your research. And seriously reconsider before trusting this dealership with your money or your safety.
