I acquired a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this independent dealer on 09/06/2025. The transaction was made in cash. I made an effort to discuss a possible discount with the salesperson. I strongly advise against dealing with Salvador, as he appears to lack competence. He even requested a tip during the purchasing process. Furthermore, he failed to input my information accurately, leading me to repeat my email and phone number numerous times.That person must be disciplined or let go due to his lack of professionalism. If he persists in his selfish behavior, he will only harm this car business. If I hadn't followed up the next day, they would not have sent the title, registration, purchase order, and other essential documents. Another issue I encountered was the engine light coming on, which I am certain was due to them clearing the code to make the light disappear. I am sure they knew something was wrong with vehicle before handing the keys over to me makes me wonder if all the those vehicles on the lot have some type of mechanical issue.

Furthermore, it is worth noting that the individual Salvador displayed a keen interest in increasing his personal income rather than contributing to the success of the business. This behavior raises some concerns. It is inappropriate for an employee of this company to solicit tips throughout the entire transaction process. This includes the moment I mentioned that I would be making a cash purchase without financing. I was so taken aback by this that I almost left, a decision I still regret to this day.

They are incredibly friendly and pleasant to work with. Since I don’t reside locally, they were more than accommodating in sending me any requested pictures. Everything was as expected when I picked up the vehicle. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

🚨🚨🚨DISHONEST DEALER🚨🚨🚨

Below is a email that was sent to the dealership but no response was returned. When we purchased the vehicle we were over the road truck drivers so we did not use the car enough for it to show its true issues. The ac after being recharged would last at least 20 days before it leaked out through the leak under the hood and the evaporator which is located inside the dash of the car and was not discovered until multiple shop/mechanics looked for the leaks. I have proof from messages with the company that this was a prior issue that they clearly hid from disclosure before selling it. We will be taking legal actions against them and for those of you that are being fooled by their 4+ star rating on google I'm sorry to inform you this is the last business you should ever consider purchasing anything let alone a vehicle from. You’ve been warned. Also, we did let them know we would also contact the BBB over this but wouldn’t you know it they aren’t even registered with them… Go figure.

When I purchased this vehicle, I was assured that there were no major issues. I took proactive measures to ensure the car's longevity and my peace of mind, immediately investing in comprehensive maintenance at my own expense.
This included replacing all oils, coolant, brake fluid, and other standard services, costing a total of $4,089 at Big O. This was a personal choice to ensure the vehicle was well-maintained from the start, a practice I follow with all my used car purchases.
My dissatisfaction stems from the numerous and costly issues that have since arisen with the vehicle's air conditioning system. The day of the purchase 03/28/2025, your dealership sent me to your local shop to recharge the Freon due to the sales person’s opinion but, problems that I believe should not have been present in a vehicle sold as having no major issues.
Since the purchase, I have incurred the following unexpected and significant expenses related to the faulty AC system:
﻿﻿On April 24, 2025 I visited Meineke, spending $311 to recharge the system and
add a dye to locate the leak. They were unable to find the issue.
﻿﻿On May 23, 2025 The AC system failed again. I took the car to APA Auto Care, a shop I trust, where they successfully diagnosed and repaired a leak in a refrigerant line and replaced faulty Schrader valves, at a cost of $498.
﻿﻿On June 13, 2025 just three weeks later, the AC failed once more. APA Auto Care tried changing the valve and see. July 25, 2025 the AC failed once more. APA Auto Care discovered another leak, this time in the front evaporator system. The subsequent repairs, which involved multiple trips for warranty inspection, cost an additional $3,800.
The total unexpected cost of these AC repairs has been $4,609, not including the countless hours and inconvenience of numerous trips to different shops. I also purchased an extended warranty from your dealership, which unfortunately covering barely any of these specific issues, adding to my financial burden. The vehicle currently just reached over 100K miles on it, and I am concerned about the potential for further hidden problems.

The constant need for repairs has completely eroded my trust in the quality of the vehicle I purchased from you. While I understand that a used vehicle may have minor wear and tear, these are significant, recurring issues that l believe were either overlooked or not disclosed at the
time of sale.

I am seeking a resolution to this matter. I believe it is fair and reasonable for your dealership to assist in covering a portion of these unexpected and substantial repair costs.

I will not accept that you gave me a $1000 discount, as that discount was because I paid you cash. I hope I don’t have to write negative reviews on BBB.

Please let me know if you need receipts from shop works mentioned above.
