Kam was our salesman. He was truly authentic and genuine. He made the experience comfortable and easy. He understood my daughter's desired wants and needs and met them. His customer service is the BEST I have encountered. He made the process feel easy as I dislike shopping for cars and we were mentally recuperating from the accident. We drove from Austin to Houston to trade my CRV for a new Honda Civic because they beat all the competitor prices a substantial amount. While we were While not being there taking care of the trade, we saw the 2025 Honda pilots that were discounted as well to make room for the 2026s coming soon. Everyone there was very personable, professional, and helpful without being the typical high pressure car salesmen. We went to Easy Honda for one car and ended up leaving with two!
