Can’t say enough about my experience  at Custom Trucks Northwest. Finished a purchase of a barely used Toyota Tundra and love it.

More importantly, it was the customer service I received from the entire team. Worked with Chayse who was  my first point of contact. We talked on the phone several times, and had multiple texts over a few weeks. He responded quickly, always providing as much information as possible and was never pushy or condescending like the typical “car salesman” reputation.

When I finally got to the dealership, Chayse greeted me with a huge smile and immediately introduced me to one of the owners, Steve Gordon, who was full of energy and clearly loved what he does.

Dealing with the worst part of buying a car, the finances, was the easiest process I have ever had over the past 34 years as an adult (now 52).

I met a wonderful new team member, Irina, who was gifted at conversation and a joy to speak to. Lastly, being able to deal directly with another owner, Matt Hanson, going thru the finances and the pile of paperwork was, dare I say, a positive experience.

The amount of genuine laughter and legitimate desire to be helpful cannot be fabricated.
