The shelf kit was included with the 8'x12.5' Lifetime Storage Shed (Model 60305) purchased at Costco. Measurements 89 3/4" x 9". Installs on the back wall of the Shed. I removed it from my Shed to accommodate my storage needs. It holds up to 50 lbs. The brackets and screws included. It's new and was not used, just installed and removed. Local pick-up only.
