Biggest scam dealership ever. They put a bandaid on things to just get them off their lot. They sold a car to my boyfriend’s daughter 8 months ago, a 2017 ford escape that is now a vehicle that isn’t worth fixing because it will be way to expensive to fix. Thankful she made it to Georgia safely without breaking down. The mechanic that was going to do the repair work was appalled that they sold her this car. They did $1200 worth of work and on the test drive is when they vehicle started pouring smoke and oil. He told them that he would not feel right at all charging them for the work. When we went here to look for a car, they gave her keys to a jeep (not sure of model) that was FULL of mold. DO NOT BUY from this place. They are dishonest, they do not inspect their vehicles and they lie!

If I could it less than 1 star I would. Car started having problems day 2 after buying it. Took it to my mechanic on day 3, they let me know of all the stuff that needed to be repaired. Day 4 on the way to return the car, it broke down. When I tried to get a refund the dealership tried to blame me for the car and convince me it was sold "as is". Had to remind him that in the state of WA for dealerships it is not, they must disclose all known repairs that are needed and that tie rod erosion, carbon in the oil, etc. do not happen in 2 days. The guy said he would give a refund but not for the taxes or registration. I let him know my lawyer and court fees would only cost the company more in the end. They finally gave a full refund.

I do not recommend buying a vehicle from here. I have only had the car I purchased from this company 8 months ago (they wouldn’t even put gas in the tank for us to leave the lot) , and now the motor is completely destroyed, after going to a mechanic they saw the previous work was honestly a lipstick repair, just to be able to sell the car. I called them to speak about this issue, and the fact that they sold me a lemon, they then told me it was my fault for not taking preventative measures and when I asked for the owners phone number multiple times, I was hung up on. Unfortunately with the unprofessionalism during the phone call I had, and the car being undrivable I am now going to have to make claims with a general attorney and The Federal Trade Commission. I started the phone call off with saying this is not something I want to do but if I have to, I will. So now, unfortunately I have to contact regulatory authorities to get the assistance I need seeing as this company does not care about their customers, they just care about the sales and getting them out the door.

Great experience buying my daughters first car. Tanner was awesome. Professional and courteous. He made the transaction run smoothly and ensured we were comfortable every step of the way.

Anthony was so welcoming and made the entire car buying process painless. We had financing in place and he didn’t even blink. He found out our budget and pointed us toward the vehicles in our price range. No pressure about cars that were “so close” to our price point. No hassle test drive, gave us plenty of space to discuss with each other about what we were thinking and what we wanted to do. I actually left and came back the next day with my kid, the one I was buying the car for, and he didn’t give me any attitude at any point like so many other salesmen would. He was real, personable, and funny. When it came time to do the paperwork he was efficient and knowledgeable and handled it without a single issue. I would highly recommend buying here, especially as a woman buying a vehicle!
