Brand New Women's Cupshe Peplum Rally Blue Top Size S

Brand new Women's Cupshe Peplum Rally Blue Top Size S. It is brand new and has never been worn. It was too small on me and Cupshe told me to keep it. It features a flattering peplum style and silhouette with a flared bottom hem along with a deep, plunging wrap V-neckline. The waist is high with a wide-smocked elastic waist panel for a secure, comfortable fit. Its delicate, functional tie-shoulder makes for an adjustable fit. The print and pattern is a royal cobalt blue base featuring clean white geometric chevron bands, stylized border palms, and delicate floral medallions. Must be willing to pick up at my house in Elk Grove.
