Pearsall Smith, Condition: light foxing on edge of pages, but they are tight. Illustrations have brown stain on most. The pages 9-10 has a rip half way down. The outside boards are rubbed a little with an embossed map of New York on front and back. They are maroon in color. The spline is a dark brown with Gazetteer of New York having gold lettering and in fine condition. At the bottom is the word Illustrated. The top and bottom of spline has some rubbing and it’s leather on hard boards. It measures 10”x 7” x 2” *** Note:,books not included in group discount.
