Antique Victorian Eastlake Walnut Settee Loveseat c. 1880s

Beautiful antique Victorian Eastlake settee dating to approximately 1880–1895. Solid walnut frame with classic Eastlake carving, turned legs, decorative spindle gallery, and brass nailhead trim. The upholstery has been replaced in a deep navy blue, giving it a timeless look while preserving the character of the original piece. The frame is sturdy and presents very well. There are minor signs of age and wear consistent with a piece that is well over 100 years old, including a few small finish imperfections, but no major structural issues. This would make an excellent statement piece for a Victorian, traditional, dark academia, library, office, or historic home. Approximate age: 1880s–1890s Located in East Nashville.
