Jayco eagle 31' 1997 FKS travel trailer

I'm selling my 31' 1997 Jayco Eagle Travel Trailer. This unit has a highly desirable front kitchen and a dining living area slide out The pictures are current Features: • Spacious Slide-Out: Fully functional and dramatically opens up the living and dining area. • Great Working Furnace: The furnace works perfectly and kicks out excellent heat to keep you warm on cold nights. • Upgraded Air Conditioning: The original unit was replaced with a residential-style A/C system that blows ice-cold and includes a convenient remote control. • Modern LED Lighting: The living area and bedroom have LED string lighting with a remote • Hot Water Heater: runs on electricity and is in good condition, Large fridge also runs on electricity • Tires & Towing: Ready to roll. There are a few minor items to note: 1. Slide-Out Floor: There is a small hole/soft spot in the slide-out floor. It is currently securely covered by a piece of furniture and hasn't affected our use at all. 2. Water Pressure: The water lines hold pressure great, but the actual water flow is currently on the low side at the faucets. This happens consistently across different properties, which points directly to a stuck $20 check valve right at the exterior city water inlet hookup. It's a quick, cheap fix, but we have priced the trailer accordingly! 3. Furnace Register: While the heating system itself works flawlessly, one of the metal floor register vents is bent and needs to be popped out and replaced (a standard $10 metal part at any hardware store or RV shop).
