Based on the artist’s signature and my research, this appears to be Elda Durham Cutler (1864–1944), an American artist known for her landscape and animal paintings. I had this painting evaluated by an appraiser, who advised that it is an original 19th-century oil painting and estimated its value at approximately $800.
