I had a great experience to start purchasing my 2007 Lexus LS460. Everything went smooth until I drove it home and realized braking has issues. I called right away and was told to call back. I talked with Cesar who sold me the vehicle and he mentioned it’s a safety hazard and it will be taken care of. Got home and the door locks on the left side will not lock. Spoke with Cesar and he said I can find those parts cheap. After dodging my calls for a few days I was told I was given too good of a deal and they will not be taking care of anything going forward. I had to replace brake pads and rotors on the front and rear. They were at 2-3 millimeters. I wouldn’t trust this dealership. They don’t look over their vehicles very well and just flip them for profit. They don’t hold up their word on promised repairs. I would recommend anyone purchase here.  It’s also impossible to speak with a manager. I gave up after trying for a week.

The customer Service here is amazing they are super nice they helped me when no one else would!  They care about you and try to get you into the vehicle of your  choice with affordable payments that you're comfortable with . The finance department  Antril was wonderful to work with he has great customer relations and made me feel so comfortable    All together I give them 5 stars all the way across the board !

Had an easy and no-stress experience with Cesar.  I was in a tight spot after my car was totaled and needed a reliable replacement for a very low budget. They had a 2006 Corolla with high mileage but in excellent condition for a great price. Love that Carfax reports were provided for each vehicle and I was able to take it on my own for a test drive.

Cesar was very hands off and no pressure, and even worked with me on the price so I could get out the door. I love my Corolla and I know it will last for years to come. Highly recommend this dealership for a smooth experience!
