Ford F-150 4x4 Crew Cab – 150K Miles – Runs & Drives Selling my red Ford F-150 4x4 with around 150,000 miles. Truck starts, runs, and drives and I still drive it daily. It does need some work, so it’s being sold AS-IS. Known issues are the muffler/exhaust, some frame repair needed, and some water damage. It has normal wear for the age but is still a running and driving truck.
