I've had my truck note for over a year,  and it has been smooth, older model but still running like a champ!! I've had weeks where I couldn't pay full payment they were more than willing to extend it for a week as long as you say your gonna pay and put something down, more than fair in my opinion! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a ride! Lupe and Mr Dave are always super friendly!

Since the day we purchased this vehicle Lupe the office clerk has been mean as could be. She has been mean to my husband and me also. We were always courteous to her but that was too much even for us today. Lupe lacks professionalism and courteous customer service. No one chastises her for her behavior, and it is obvious!

My husband was quoted one price and when he inquired about that price she lied to him by saying she was there for the "conversation" but she wasn't and the price went from $1700 to $2400. He asked to talk to the owner but she has never called him back. Guess the little folks like us are not good enough for her busy schedule.

Oh by the way he has NEVER been late on a car payment, NEVER! He has always paid ahead of time. My husband sent a referral, and the individual purchased a vehicle a year or two ago and he never received the referral bonus after the referral's first payment! He just sent two more referrals from his work across the street and it seems obvious now what a mistake that was.

We will never do business with these money grubbers again! They really don't care what happens to you as long as they get your money. At the request of my husband, I did not mention this to my DFW Black Chamber of Commerce colleagues, but I must do that today!

This is the best used car buying experience I've ever had. Both Chris and Dave we're friendly and honest. The 2010 tundra I bought failed emissions inspection. They sent me to a muffler shop and had new catalytic converters installed at their cost. They never blinked an eye. Another thing that pleasantly surprised me is, there were no bogus add-on fees. The only amount added to the quoted price was sales tax. It is a great truck and I'm very happy with the deal. I would buy from them again and recommend them to anybody.

The salesman Dave was phenomenal he helped me throughout the whole process was very intuitive and answered all questions I had I would highly recommend DFW Auto Leader

From the moment I showed up I felt comfortable and was greeted in a hospitable manner. Bridgette was sweet and offered me anything I needed while I waited for the salesman David to return from lunch. I did not have an appointment but everything went smoothly. I went to DFW auto leader because A friend of mine has purchased several cars from this place and highly recommended it. I highly recommend it as well. Look forward to continuing business with this place. 5 stars
