A few weeks ago, we visited Sunrise Ford in Fort Pierce to view their inventory. During our visit, after some initial browsing, a salesperson named Edison approached us to inquire about the vehicle models we were interested in. Due to prior commitments, our available time was limited, so he provided me with his contact information to follow up if we decided to continue our vehicle search.

As we were returning to our truck near the collision center at the back of the lot, Jamie and Emily approached us in the parking lot and kindly offered their assistance. I explained our purpose that day and mentioned Edison. Jamie assured us that Edison would be excellent in helping us.

We returned an hour later to speak with Edison about our options. Over the years, we have purchased several new vehicles within Brevard County. However, some of the packages we initially purchased were voided when new dealership management took over. Additionally, there were delays due to out-of-stock standard tires and ongoing issues with the management of the service center at other dealerships. I had recommended these dealerships to others, but unfortunately, they encountered similar or worse issues.
