~ Beautiful vintage cobalt blue Depression glass set by Hazel-Atlas in the Moderntone pattern, dating to approximately 1934–1942. ~ Set includes: • 8 cobalt blue glass plates • 8 matching cobalt blue paneled tumblers ~ Plate measurements: • approximately 8” diameter • weight: approximately 11 oz each ~ Tumbler measurements: • approximately 4.6” tall x 2.5” diameter • weight: approximately 6.3 oz each ~ The plates feature the classic concentric-ring Moderntone design, paired with beautiful paneled cobalt blue tumblers. The deep blue color is especially striking in natural light. ~ In excellent vintage condition overall with normal light age/use wear. No major chips or cracks to note.
