First off I gotta say I’m over the moon with my new king ranch! Maverick was amazing and very very helpful. He didn’t treat this like it was just another sale and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure I got the best! I will definitely being going to him and autonation for sure!

I loved Issac the sells man I actually wanted to buy the car we were interested in we were between 2 asked Issac to give us estimate doesn’t have to be accurate but just a rough draft of what payments would be like for higher months with like All of interests rates to just see he explained to us that it wouldn’t be accurate since n o credit pull was being taken yet  and I was like we know we would just appreciate something to a list  so we didn’t have to do it are selves since we had  heavy heads since it’s a big purchase to eliminate  more stress and he was willing to help us to figure it out just estimates As it was being brought out to us in the open   This  guy took the paper from him  he had like light colored hair older gentleman was just being rude and huffing and puffing  out in the open and took the paper it looked like he was gonna hand to us. I don’t know if he / the guy was a finance guy or a manager but publicly correcting someone of there mistakes in front of costumers is just a sucky situation to be in  literally hearing everyting ,And instantly made me feel like things were being hidden I already get enough of that as a veteran alone  just made me unsafe to buy here the numbers were  close to where we wanted them  it just sucks cause I liked the car but I know god  will give me interests and maybe that was sign 🙄I acually liked  the car people in this world just need to be nice the guy was just going out of his way to help  and if I had a employees like that  I’d be satisfied  poor guy    And literally all I needed was to see a guess of monthly ! A guess which he made very clear it wouldn’t be accurate   Cause of no pull and I appreciate him helping
